Enayat Delawary's passion for Afghanistan; its people, diverse culture and historical significance, is evident in every aspect of his life.
Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, Enayat was exposed to the lives of all Afghans, whether in remote villages, or in big cities.
From a young age, he studied the varied cultural traditions and mastered the two offitial languages of Afghanistan; Dari & Pashto.
From the beginning of his film carrier Enayat has had the privilege of working with some of the world's most esteemed directors like Mike Nichols and Jim Sheridan as a dialect coach, translator, cultural advisor and actor on multiple films. He has served in all of these capacities for Mike Nichols' "Charlie Wilson's War" and Jim Sheridan's "Brothers," working intimately with them through all stages of production.
Enayat's performance as a Dari and Pashto voice over talent, translator, dialect coach and adviser in Medal of Honor (2010), Call of Duty (Modern Warfare II 2009) and recently Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (2015) highlights his significance in the art of voice over as well.

1972 attended the Goethe Institute of Kabul for improving his German Language skill.
1972/73 attended the German Literature Seminar at the Kabul University.
In 1973, Enayat moved to Germany where he received his Masters Degree in Social and Political Science at the "Philipps Univesität Marburg .
While in Germany, he worked closely with renowned scholars, filmmakers and journalists translating books and documentary films. This included translating material from Farsi, Dari and Pashto into German, as well as fact checking for historical, political and cultural accuracy.
In 2006 Enayat started his first major Hollywood movie project debut, He was hired as Pashto/Dari translator and dialect coach by Ceilia Costas the Executive producer of "Charlie Wilson's War (2007)" and cast by Mike Nichols (Director) as an actor in two roles of Doc Long's Translator and Muj. Elder. Thereafter he has worked on multiple films (James Seridan's "Brother (2009)"), TV productions (Lie to me, NCIS LA, State of Affairs), Video Games (Medal of Honor 2010, Call of Duty2009, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (2015).
